Shipping Policy

Strick’s ships its world famous bar-b-q anywhere in the United States. Sorry, no international shipping is available for now. All of our smoked meats are fully cooked, sealed, and frozen. Items are then packed in an insulated box with proper refrigerant and shipped via UPS. We guarantee delivery only on the addresses we are given. We cannot ship any packages to a post office box for the reason that our products are perishable and need to be cared for on the day of their delivery. Rural route addresses must include box number and a phone number. The accuracy of ship to addresses and the daytime phone numbers for both the sender and the recipient is your responsibility. If sending a gift package, it is also your responsibility to assure that the people you are shipping to will be in to to care for a perishable package the day it is delivered. We ship our packages Monday-Thursday for delivery in the same week. We do not allow BBQ orders to travel over the weekends or holidays when UPS is not moving packages. This helps to guarantee your package will arrive in the perfect condition. Orders placed Monday-Wednesday before 2:00 p.m. central time are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air service. Orders placed Thursday before 2:00 p.m. central time are shipped UPS Next Day Air service. T-shirt and Bar-B-Q sauce orders will be shippped UPS ground service, and these orders can be placed at any time. Any order received after 2:00 p.m. central time is applied to the following business day. You are welcome to place your order at anytime for a future date, even months ahead. For urgent orders, you always have the option of having your package arrive earlier via UPS Next Day Air service.

 

Return Policy

Strick’s BBQ strives to ship you the freshest bar-b-q available. When your order leaves our facility, it is packed with more than enough refrigerant to prevent spoilage.
If your order is spoiled due to negligence by Strick's BBQ, we will replace it free-of-charge. If you reveive an order that you suspect is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect in any way, please do not discard contents. Contact our shipping department at (601) 264-2502 or by email.
We may request that you return the order to us for inspection. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must notify our office by phone or email within 24 hours after receiving your order.
